These terms apply to text messages sent by Brimie Contractors.

Program description

Brimie Contractors sends project-related text messages to real estate agents, property owners, buyers, sellers, investors and contractors who request our services. Messages include estimate and scope updates, approval requests, appointment and site-visit reminders, schedule changes, missed-call follow-ups, responses to your inquiries and job completion notices.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text-message consent box when you submit a form on our website (including forms powered by Close With Brimie), by entering your mobile number in your account and agreeing to receive texts, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of using our services.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your project activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@brimiecontractorsllc.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
