Investor Make-Ready – Peyton
A full investor make-ready on a Peyton ranch home: whole-house interior paint, kitchen cabinets painted Escape Gray with new hardware, handrail and countertop repairs, exterior stucco, trim and garage door work, and landscaping, taken from walkthrough to list-ready by one contractor.
Kitchen Remodel and Lighted Bar Niche – Littleton
Full kitchen remodel in Littleton: large quartz island, dark brown shaker cabinets, downdraft cooktop, new can lights and flooring, plus an LED-lit quartz bar niche cut into the stair wall.
Bathroom Remodels – Parker
A homeowner bathroom remodel in Parker. In the hall bath we tore out the beige tile tub surround and floor, then installed a white vertical stacked-tile surround on a new tub, a marble-look penny tile floor, a quartz vanity top with an undermount sink, and matte black fixtures, shower system, lighting and hardware. The second bath got the same penny tile floor, a double vanity with a new quartz top, matte black faucets, a new vanity light and frameless mirrors.
Make-Ready / Presale Renovation – Denver
A presale make-ready renovation of a Denver ranch home, getting it ready for market: the oak kitchen rebuilt with white cabinets, brass hardware, quartz counters, a marble subway backsplash, stainless double wall ovens and a gas cooktop; the hall bath gutted and finished with a new vanity, gold faucet and light, and tile floor; and the oak floors refinished through the living, dining and family rooms with new lighting throughout.
Tub-to-Shower Conversion – Highlands Ranch
Dated tile tub surround converted to a walk-in shower with marble-look porcelain slab walls, full waterproofing and a sliding glass door.
