Centennial Remodeling Contractor

Brimie Contractors handles remodeling, structural repairs and inspection work for homeowners, investors and real estate agents across Centennial, from the older neighborhoods on the west side to the newer homes east of I-25. We’re a Colorado owned general contractor based in neighboring Highlands Ranch.

Every job starts with a written, itemized estimate. When a repair needs an engineer, a licensed trade or a permit, we tell you before the work is priced, not after.

Crawlspace structural support. Undersized adjustable posts under a crawlspace beam were replaced with new steel posts on new footings, with the vapor barrier restored and the home protected while we worked. It’s the kind of repair that shows up on inspection reports in older Centennial homes.

Older homes, inspection reports and structural items

A lot of Centennial’s housing on the west side dates to the 1970s and 1980s. That age shows up in inspection reports: crawlspace supports, aging decks, original bathrooms, drainage and grading, and electrical or plumbing items that need a licensed trade. We separate what’s a safety or structural item from what’s cosmetic, and we flag anything that needs an engineer’s evaluation instead of guessing at it.

Permits in Centennial

Centennial issues its own building permits through the city, and parts of the area with Centennial mailing addresses fall under Arapahoe County instead. We confirm the right jurisdiction for your address and pull permits and schedule inspections when the work requires them.

Selling a Centennial home?

Listing and buyer’s agents send us inspection reports, and we return an itemized repair estimate quickly, with each item traceable from the report to the finished, photographed repair. How the agent process works.
