Permits in Parker: town or county?
A Parker mailing address doesn’t always mean the Town of Parker issues the permit. Homes inside town limits go through the Town of Parker Building Division. Many neighborhoods with Parker addresses are actually unincorporated Douglas County, and those permits go through Douglas County. We confirm the right building department for your address before we price permit work, and we pull and schedule the inspections when the job needs them.
Many Parker neighborhoods also have an HOA with design review for exterior changes. If your project needs that approval, we’ll help with the submittal.
