Tub-to-Shower Conversion – Highlands Ranch

A dated tile tub surround in a Highlands Ranch hall bath, converted to a walk-in shower. We took the walls down to the studs, installed cement board and a full liquid waterproofing membrane over a properly sloped pan, then finished with large-format marble-look porcelain slab walls, a curb and square drain, and closed it in with a sliding glass shower door. Outside the shower, the work was limited to minor wall touch-ups and paint.
